If you are currently co-parenting with a narcissist or toxic person
you’ve come to the right place
If you are currently co-parenting with a narcissist or toxic person, you’ve come to the right place. The Peaceful Parent Method takes you from feeling like a powerless victim to reclaiming your truth and peace.
You are not alone! It is estimated that 6% of the world’s population has NPD (narcissistic personality disorder). That’s 133 million people making other people’s lives, like yours, miserable.
My name is Christine Hofmann Diaz and I’m a certified Narcissistic Trauma Informed Coach. I’ve been where you are. Through healing and education, I now have the knowledge and tools to help others keep their sanity while getting out of toxic relationships. I want to help you reclaim your truth and peace so that you can be the parent your child deserves.
The Peaceful Parent Method is now in the process of becoming an online program! Click below to be the first to know when the program has launched.
Christine Hofmann Diaz was raised in Europe by Swiss and Colombian parents and obtained her Master’s degree in Communications from the University of Zurich. She speaks English, Spanish, French, and German, and worked as a Manager for Microsoft before taking her talents to entrepreneurship and the franchising industry.
Christine’s career took her from Europe to Mexico, and eventually to Nova Scotia, Canada, which she presently calls home.
All too recently, Christine found herself in a marriage that increasingly inflicted significant physical and mental distress. With two young children in the home, something had to change. Around the start of the Covid-19 pandemic, the situation became unbearable and she had to flee to a women’s shelter in order to get away from her husband.
Through her healing journey, Christine has found her purpose, becoming a certified Narcissistic Trauma Informed Coach. As the founder of the Peaceful Parent Method, an online program that will soon be launched for parents who are co-parenting with a narcissist, Christine wants to help you pivot from feeling like a powerless victim to reclaiming your truth and peace.
There’s nothing more detrimental than realizing you are in a relationship with a narcissistic or toxic person. The person you believed to love you, turns out to be a manipulating liar and the reason for you (and maybe even your child’s) poor mental health. It seems like the life you were living was a lie. If you have a child or children with this individual, leaving isn’t all that easy. If you have managed to leave anyways, congratulations, you did the first step. Let Christine help you with the next one, your healing journey!
